GOV Coins can be converted to an equal amount of INR at the ratio of 4 Coins: ₹1 INR. GOV coins are the currency of the Gam’O’Verse app. You can earn it by playing tournament/scrims and can redeem it in Wallet.
- Click on the top-right corner of the app on the wallet icon and choose the desired option and redeem the coins earned as per the user’s desire.
- After the completion of KYC Procedure, Users can convert GOV coins into cash balance.
- A user can withdraw cash balance into their bank account through the payment gateway provided by the application.

services.
Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released guidelines on Regulation of
Payment Aggregators and Payment Gateway on 17th March, 2020 to
regulate the activities of these payment service providers. KYC/AML
guidelines are included in the mandated merchant onboarding process
to ensure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC)/ Anti-Money
Laundering (AML)/Combating Financing of Terrorism (CFT) Guidelines.
User Data will be encrypted and stored on the cloud servers, and no one has the access to your sensitive data on our servers.
Gam'O'Verse mobile application is in full compliance
with the policies that are demanded by Google Play Store, Apple App
Store and other Government laws and policies (GDPR Law, Etc.) and it
doesn't fall into the category of RMG (Real Money Gaming) which
makes Gam'O'Verse safe and legal to use for everyone who fulfils the

- Click on the top-left corner on the menu button (≡) of the app and choose the "My account" option.
- Click on the Edit (✎) button on the top right side of the My Account screen to edit the profile details.
- Now you can choose "avatar" or upload your image, change name, add Personal phone number, email, DOB, etc of your personal details.
- Go to the profile section by clicking on the bottom-left side on the profile avatar.
- Here, the user can see all the games that are available on the Gam’O’Verse application and by selecting the desired games there is an option in the same page for adding the in-game details for each specific game in profile section then click on the "game" icon in-game details section.
- Add details of your game with images and click on the "confirm" button.
All the details related to your matches will be available in your My Matches section which can be accessed by pressing on the menu button (≡) and then selecting my matches and then selecting the desired tournament by the user he can obtain all the details related to the tournament.
Gam’O’Verse ID assigned/chosen while creating an account is not changeable after your account has been created.

Users are allowed to make only one account on Gam’O’Verse. Making more than one account on Gam’O’Verse is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. It can lead to permanent account termination, and it results in losing all your GOV coins in your wallet.
